      I missed my tour, what now?       
         

Please contact the office to see if you can come along on a next trip. If this is not possible, no refunds will be made. U can send an e-mail to info@kinboat.com or you can give us a call: 020 – 261 34 66.

     
   

   

      Is the boat heated?       
         

The boats are illuminated and reinforced with cushions and blankets on board. There is also a heater on board to provide extra warmth. The boats are half covered, any rainfall or snowfall is therefore no problem.

     
   

   

      Can I bring my pet with me?       
         

No, to ensure the comfort of all our guests, it is not allowed to bring your pets on board. If you really can’t leave your pet behind, please contact us to see what is possible.

     
   

   

      Is there a toilet on the boat?       
         

On all our private boats there is a toilet on board. Please note that these are ship toilets.

     
   

   

      Can I bring my own food and / or drinks with me?       
         

You get a free Gluhwein or a hot chocolate on board. In addition, we will also offer different food. However, we have not yet determined what we are offering exactly. If you have any special diet, please let us know by one of our employees, so we can take this into account.

      Why do I pay more than the quotation first mentioned?       
         

The price on the quotation is the normal price you pay for the options you have selected at the beginning of your request. However, if you would you like to be picked up and/or dropped off somewhere else than mentioned on the website, KINboat will charge for an extra cruising time. Extra costs will therefore be charged, when the pickup or drop-off location is outside our shipping area.

     
   
   
      Can I bring my own food and / or drinks with me?       
         

We offer drinks and snacks. If you have any special diet, please let us know by one of our employees, so we can take this into account.

     
   
   
      Is there a KINboat employee on the quayside?       
         

No, nobody is on the quayside. If you have any questions, for example when you an not find the place to be, you can always contact 020 – 26 134 66.

     
   
   
      Is there a toilet on the boat?       
         

On all our private boats there is a toilet on board. Please note that these are ship toilets.

      Can people with reduced mobility go on the tours?       
         

Yes, KINboat employees or the skipper will support you when boarding. However, the boats are not wheelchair accessible.

     
   
   

Private boats

   
      Can I still cancel if it's raining?       
         

Our boats are half covered. Cancellation due to rain is not possible if you have not canceled rain insurance beforehand. Please check the terms and conditions for this.

     
   
   
      Can I also barbecue on the KIN 40?       
         

The KIN 40 boat is not suitable for barbecue. All other delicious catering is possible on this boat. Our barbecue packages can be booked on the G-Star and KIN 12 boats.

     
   
   
      Can I be picked up / released at places other than the given locations?       
         

This is possible, but we can not always guarantee this. Please contact the office at 020 – 26 134 66

     
   
   
      Is the boat heated?       
         

In our KIN 12 and G-Star boats there is a heating. On our open boats we can supply blankets on request.

     
   
   
      Can I connect my music on the boat?       
         

On the KIN 12 and the G-Star boat there is a music connection and you can play your own music. On all our other boats this is prohibited.

      I have already booked, but is it possible to go on another time / other day?       
         

We can not guarantee this, but we will do our best to do that. For this, please contact 020 – 26 134 66.

     
   
   
      When I try to book, it says "no time slots available", what does this mean?       
         

This means that the boat in question is not currently cruising. Please select an other date/time for this boat.
